An inclusive and accessible festival
Transport, accommodation, accessibility, security, entry fees: here are some important things to remember before you register for the festival.
28 September 2024
The organising choir Sing Out Brussels! wants Various Voices Brussels 2026 to be a festival that is inclusive in every way. Our community is rich in diversity and we are taking this into account in the preparations for the event.
It is not possible to make the festival completely free of charge (here’s why). We’re doing everything we can to keep registration, travel and accommodation costs down.
Registration for delegates begins on 1 January 2025. Here is some useful information to help you prepare for this step. Read an share this article in PDF.
Housing
From January 2025, our website will offer a platform for booking hotel rooms at special rates, on this page. You can make individual or group bookings.
You are of course free to find other accommodation solutions (youth hostels, Airbnb, etc.).
We will also be offering home-stay accommodation, subject to availability. You can request a room in a homestay when you register.
Transport
We are in contact with Brussels Airlines and Eurostar, with a view to obtaining discounts for people attending the festival. We do not yet know whether we will receive a positive response. We’ll let you know by July 2025 at the latest.

- C12, which will host the parties organised each evening during the festival, is an inclusive and accessible queer venue, with a team specially trained to welcome LGBTQI+ people.
