Practical infos
Welcome to the festival
The festival Welcome centre is located at Auditorium 490 (Place du Musée – 1000 Brussels). Our volunteers will be on hand to hand out access badges and answer any questions you may have.
Festival access badges can be collected from 12 noon on Wednesday 24 June.
- Choirs registered for the festival: to streamline the welcome process, each choir must designate one or two people to collect badges for all its members (choir members, relatives of choir members, performers). The badges can then be handed out to participants in the festival village. NB: registration for choir members closed on 1 April 2026.
- Friends of Various Voices: these are individuals who have registered via the Integra registration platform. These individuals may go to reception individually to collect their badge.
- Full Festival Tickets: these are tickets providing full access to the festival and purchased via the Billetweb ticket office. These individuals may go to reception individually to exchange their ticket for their badge.
- Single Tickets: these are tickets purchased for one or more shows during the festival. These tickets have been sent by email. People who have purchased these tickets should therefore not go to the reception desk. It is possible to retrieve a lost ticket via the Billetweb interface.
Welcome Centre opening hours:
Wednesday 24 June from 12 noon to 8 pm
Thursday 25 June from 10am to 8pm
Friday 26 June from 10am to 8pm

The Festival Village is located at the BIP Meeting Centre, Place Royale and Rue Royale 2-4. A bar and food trucks await you there. It’s the festival’s social hub!
Access to the Festival Village is restricted to those holding a festival access badge. It’s a welcoming space where you can get together in complete safety.
- Bar: what would a social space be without a bar? The Village is the ideal place to have a drink, chat with people you know or meet new people! The bar is located outside, but there is also an indoor area.
- Food trucks: a few food trucks will be offering light refreshments in the BIP’s main courtyard. Vegetarian options will be available.
- Workshops: Workshops are held every morning in the BIP’s Guichets room (advance registration required). Other workshops will take place in Auditorium 490 (Reception Centre). Registration is compulsory.
- Social activities: Social activities will take place in the evenings on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the Guichets room: karaoke, dancing or quizzes. For some of these activities, prior registration is required.

We expect everyone involved to uphold the festival’s values!
An inclusive and respectful festival
Everyone taking part in the festival (choir members, performers, organisers, technical staff, volunteers, audience members, etc.) is asked to uphold the festival’s values: commitment, creativity, inclusivity, sustainability, enjoyment, openness, sharing, solidarity and diversity.
More specifically, this means:
- Not tolerating any oppressive or discriminatory behaviour
- Respecting everyone’s bodies, personal space, identities and words
- Respecting consent, including sexual consent
- Adopting a caring, positive and honest attitude
- Ensuring your behaviour allows others to enjoy the activities
- Respecting the venues and equipment
- Sticking to the scheduled times
- Thinking carefully about your choices regarding consumption and travel, by limiting the amount of non-recyclable waste brought onto the festival site, by favouring ethical and local products where possible, by encouraging the use of reusable containers, and by prioritising sustainable transport and public transport.
A code of conduct and a statement of the festival’s values complement this charter.
The festival is partnering with Plan Sacha to ensure the smooth running of the festival.
Plan Sacha has set up a care team dedicated to welcoming and supporting victims of violence during the event. A helpline is available.
Accessing the festival
Various Voices Brussels 2026 is committed to making the festival venues accessible to both the public and artists, to the best of its ability.
The festival works with Access-i, an organisation specialising in making cultural venues and events accessible.
In practice, Access-i has audited all our concert halls (both for public access and artist access) and the other festival venues, as well as the routes connecting them. Following this audit, Access-i has issued recommendations to improve the accessibility of the venues.
All relevant information for each venue and location will soon be available on a dedicated website.
Information already available on the accessibility of the various venues can be accessed via the button below.
The festival will also be setting up a bike-taxi service to provide easy transport between the various concert venues during the afternoon concerts, which are being held at three different locations. A telephone number will be available to book this service.
A quiet room is provided in the backstage area of each venue for neurodivergent people.
Did you know: for distances under 700 km, trains are faster than planes, and they emit over 50% less CO2!
Our team has done some research and can suggest some options for getting to Brussels by train. You can see here the results of our search. It will help you plan your budget.
Thanks to our partnership with Eurostar, you can benefit from the ‘Conference’ fare. Eurostar offers discounts of up to 15% on ticket prices. This fare is available from all festival access points (Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands). The ‘Conference’ fare is valid 7 days before and 7 days after the official start and end dates of the festival (24 and 28 June 2026). To take advantage of this offer, please fill in this form. Please note: this is an individual booking. If your choir wishes to make a group booking, they must contact Eurostar directly.
If you are travelling to Brussels by air, you can benefit from the cooperation with the Lufthansa Group airlines (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Edelweiss, Discover) and optimize your travel costs. The extensive route network with around 310 destinations worldwide, as well as transatlantic flights operated by Air Canada and United are available to you.
Click here and the discounted rates will be displayed. They are valid for flights up to one week before and one week after the event.
