Registration for delegates is now open!
The Early tariff applies until 30 June 2025

From 1 January 2025, members of choirs registered for the festival can also register. The Early rate (€190) is available until 30 June. The Regular rate (€240) will then apply until 31 December 2025. It will still be possible to sign up until 31 March 2026 at the Late rate (€290). It is possible to pay in instalments, and reduced rates are available through our Support Programme and Solidarity Fund.

As well as opening up registration for the festival, we are also opening up the possibility of requesting home-stay accommodation or booking individual or group accommodation in one of the hotels selected by our partner Brussels Booking Desk. All the information you need can be found on this page.
About transport, we are continuing our efforts to obtain preferential rates for participants, thanks to our partner visit.brussels. However, we cannot guarantee that we will succeed. Our aim is to communicate on this subject by July 2025 at the latest.
