Although the festival encourages festival-goers to travel to Brussels by train, we know that for many of them the plane will be unavoidable, either because of the distance or because there’s an ocean to cross.
The festival team is proud to announce the signing of a partnership with the Lufthansa group (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Edelweiss, Discover). Our festival-goers will have access to a vast network of routes to some 310 destinations around the world, as well as transatlantic flights operated by Air Canada and United. From mid-July 2025, bookings with reduced fares will be possible via this link. The discount is valid for flights up to one week before and one week after the event.
Did you know that for distances of less than 700 km, the train is faster than the plane and emits more than half as much CO2? A similar partnership is being negotiated with Eurostar. We will be announcing this before the end of 2025.
