Punch Art Choir, our Brussels choir, LGBTQIA+, with a queer jazz & soul repertoire. With our twenty voices diversity Is swinging! During our rehearsals, concerts we are sharing love and commitment four our convictions, and above all: pure energy, fun and solidarity. On stage or in rehearsal: groove, Love and good vibes.
In 2021, PUNCH ART Choir is born, a Brussels’s choir, LGBTQIA+ friendly, with an Jazz, Soul & Pop repertoire. We count around 30 choristers from diverse backgrounds who infuse their energy into the projects. It has evolved into a group of friends united by a common passion while embracing differences and diversity. We are undertaking our projects with an intersectional approach to raise awareness and advocate for human’s and LGBTQIA+ rights. Therefore, we fight against all forms of discrimination. We are promoting the cause through singing.We also foster friendship, solidarity, and mutual cooperation among the choristers as they are essential for well-being, personal growth, creativity, and the expression of talents and passions. PUNCH ART helps everyone discover themselves through singing, music, and humour.
It is an extraordinary opportunity to meet dozens of choirs from all over Europe with different styles and repertoires, but all LGBTQIA+, and other choristers, to celebrate LGBTQIA+ and diversity with other singers who enjoy in their choir as much as we do in our,choir ! Wherever we sing, it will be an opportunity to perform on an exceptional stage and with an outstanding public
