When can we make housing arrangements?
You can book a hotel, a youth hostel, a room in an airbnb on your own. By July 2025 at the latest, we intend to offer preferential rates for delegates. This option will be handled by Brussels Booking Desk through a dedicated web link to be posted on the festival website and distributed to our emailing list.
